1. Export Destinations
We export vehicles to various countries across Africa, Oceania, the Caribbean, and Europe. Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to verify the import laws and regulations of your destination country, including vehicle age restrictions and emissions standards.
2. Shipping Timelines
Shipping schedules are determined by maritime freight companies and are subject to change due to weather, port congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances. Typically, it takes 3-6 weeks for vessels to arrive after departure from Japan. We will provide a Bill of Lading and tracking details once your vehicle has been loaded.
3. Customs and Duties
Any local taxes, customs duties, clearing fees, or compliance costs at the destination port are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Better Cars Japan only handles the logistics up to the destination port (CNF/CIF terms).
