Question 1

1. Do you ship to my country?

Accepted Answer

We ship to over 30 countries, including most of Africa, the Caribbean, and Oceania. Enter your destination port when requesting a quote. We'll confirm shipping options and cost right away.

Question 2

2. Can I get a left-hand drive Toyota?

Accepted Answer

Most Japanese-market Toyotas are right-hand drive. Tell us your requirements and we'll flag matching vehicles as they're listed.

Question 3

3. How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Typically 6 to 10 weeks door to port, depending on your location and shipping method. RoRo to East Africa runs faster than container shipments to further destinations.

Question 4

4. What documents do I get for customs?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive the export certificate, bill of lading, invoice, and inspection report. We send digital copies before the vessel departs.

Question 5

5. Do you charge any extra costs after the quote?

Accepted Answer

Our quote covers vehicle price, freight, and export fees. Import duty, port handling, and local clearing charges are set by your country and paid there, not to us.
